SamosetAI helps businesses get more from the leads, customers, data and systems they already have.
We start by understanding what is actually happening, where sales or time may be getting lost, and what is worth fixing first.
Then we use the right combination of better processes, automation, AI and existing technology to solve the problem — without adding complexity just for the sake of it.

Most businesses already have leads, customers, data, software and processes they’ve invested in.
The problem is often that those pieces are not being used as effectively or consistently as they could be.
SamosetAI is here to help fix that.
We look for where opportunities are being missed, where follow-up is inconsistent, where useful data is sitting idle, and where repetitive work is taking time away from more valuable work.
Sometimes the answer is better follow-up. Sometimes it is cleaner data, a simpler process, automation, AI, or making the systems already in place work better together.
We would rather help you get more from what you already have before telling you that you need more.
We don’t walk into a business with a predetermined package or a favorite tool we are trying to sell.
We start by learning how the business actually works — how leads come in, what happens next, where customer information lives, what your team spends time doing, where things tend to get missed, and what a better result would look like.
Then we narrow the problem down to what appears most worth fixing.
From there, we build the smallest practical solution, test it in the real workflow and measure whether it actually improved something that matters.
If it works, we can build from there. If a simpler solution is enough, we stop there.
The goal is not to add more technology. It is to make the business work better.
SamosetAI is led by Jason and Melissa Perry with a shared focus on solving real business problems with practical systems that actually get used.
Jason brings more than 30 years of experience across real estate, mortgage, financial services, software, sales, marketing and business development.
His career has centered on helping businesses generate more opportunities, convert more of them and build systems that can perform consistently as they grow.
His background includes advising business leaders on growth, profitability, lead generation, conversion, recruiting, retention and scalable business systems, along with hands-on experience building sales and marketing processes designed to produce measurable results.
At SamosetAI, Jason focuses on diagnosing the economic problem first, simplifying what needs to be fixed and building practical systems that improve the way work moves through the business.
Melissa brings deep hands-on experience in sales, marketing and building businesses from the ground up.
She built and grew an e-commerce business from scratch into a seven-figure operation, giving her firsthand experience with customer acquisition, conversion, retention, operations and the realities of making a business work day to day.
She also manages a household of six kids, two dogs and Jason — which brings its own practical education in systems, priorities, communication and keeping a lot of moving parts from falling through the cracks.
At SamosetAI, Melissa works alongside Jason on strategy, company standards, client experience and the decisions that shape what the company builds and how it serves clients. She helps keep the focus on practical improvements that make sense in the real world — not technology for technology’s sake.

Together, Jason and Melissa set the direction for SamosetAI and the standard that every solution should make sense for the business before it makes sense for the technology.
Practical recommendations. No technology for technology’s sake.
We won’t tell you to replace a system that is already working just because we have something else we could sell you.
We won’t recommend AI when a simpler process, better follow-up or basic automation would solve the problem better.
We believe people should stay involved where judgment, relationships and important decisions matter.
Technology should handle the repetitive work around them — not make the business feel less human.
We start with the smallest practical fix that can make a meaningful difference, then measure what actually changed before deciding what should come next.
And if we don’t find something that appears worth fixing, we’ll tell you that too.
The goal is straightforward: solve a real business problem, keep the solution as simple as it can be, and make sure the result is worth the effort.
The Missed Profit Analysis is where we put this approach into practice.
We’ll look at how your leads, follow-up, database and day-to-day processes are working today, identify where money or time may be slipping through the cracks, and determine what — if anything — appears worth fixing.
No predetermined package. No assumption that you need more software or AI.
Just a practical look at your business and a clear recommendation for what makes sense to do next.
The Missed Profit Analysis is currently offered at no charge.
